Ramu currently serves as CEO of Avail-TVN. Ramu brings more than 20 years of telecommunications and general management experience to Avail-TVN, including extensive involvement in sales and marketing, engineering and operations, business development and strategy formulation in the global telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Avail-TVN, Ramu was President and Chief Operating Officer of Intelsat, Ltd., a $1.2 billion global company that provides telecommunications products and services to customers in the Media & Entertainment, Network Services, and Government Services sectors. During his tenure at Intelsat from 2002 to 2006, Ramu built a worldwide presence in more than 220 countries by restructuring the company's commercial organizations. In addition, he led Intelsat through several acquisitions and integrations of companies, ranging from $6 billion to $100 million. And, he created a new business line that generated $125 million in revenue in a four-year period. Ramu has served on the boards of WildBlue, the John's Hopkins Advisory Board, and the American Red Cross National Capital Area. He was selected as among the Top 20 CIO's in 1998 by CIO Magazine.
Ramu received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Before joining EnterpriseDB, Ed spent six years at Red Hat, Inc., the world's leading open source solutions provider, most recently serving as vice president and general manager of North America. Before that, he was vice president of Red Hat's global OEM business, responsible for all partnerships, including HP, IBM, and Dell. During his time at Red Hat, Ed was instrumental in developing the foundational methods for selling open source software into the enterprise.
Prior to Red Hat, Ed held executive sales and marketing positions at ArsDigita, an early leader in open source software for building database-backed community websites (acquired by Red Hat) and ServiceSoft (now Kana). Michael O'Neil, GetWellNetwork
Michael O'Neil was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma at the age of 28 in April of 1999. After stomach surgery to remove the tumor and four cycles of chemotherapy at Johns Hopkins Hospital, he immediately began building GetWellNetwork®.
Previously, O'Neil spent six years working at New York and Boston advertising agencies, developing brand strategies and managing multi-million dollar marketing campaigns. Currently, O'Neil is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He is a member of Mindshare, a forum of CEOs from leading early-stage technology and life sciences companies in the Greater Washington Metropolitan region. O'Neil also serves on the steering committee of Northern Virginia Healthcare Workforce Alliance, an organization of business, healthcare and education leaders seeking innovative solutions to address the workforce shortage.

Scott Genereux joins Nirvanix from QLogic Corp. where he most recently served as senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. While at QLogic Genereux spearheaded an aggressive sales push to expand the company's presence in Fibre Channel and InfiniBand switching, forging successful design wins at tier-one OEMs such as Dell, EMC, HP, and IBM. Genereux spent 18 years at Hitachi in strategic sales, marketing and support roles with increasing levels of responsibility. Ching-Ho Fung, Parature
Ching-Ho Fung, CEO and Co-Founder of Parature, Inc., started his entrepreneurial career as the co-founder of Performix Inc., a Virginia based software company focused on load testing for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. After successfully selling Performix in 1995, Ching-Ho became an active angel investor, making multiple investments in software companies, the most notably Blackboard (NASDAQ: BBBB) and Parature, a leading provider of on-demand customer support software.
A 20-year software industry veteran, Ching-Ho has shared his expertise in multiple arenas. In 1998, he served on the Board of Directors of Blackboard. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of HTE, Inc. a software company that provides integrated application solutions to local and state governments throughout the US. Joe also served as President and CEO of QuestPoint Holdings, Inc., a financial services business, and as CEO of Nationwide Remittance Centers, Inc., a venture-funded lock-box services business acquired by CoreStates Bank. Mark joined PeopleSoft from its acquisition of JD Edwards, where as a Vice-President and General Manager, he led the company's aggressive entry into the CRM market. As a senior executive of YOUcentric Inc., a start-up software application firm, he successfully grew the company's CRM sales operations ultimately resulting in a favorable acquisition by JD Edwards in 2001.

Chris Fedde, SafeNet
Chris Fedde was named President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2011. Mr. Fedde has more than a decade of executive leadership at SafeNet, previously serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2006.
Since Mr. Fedde began his tenure at SafeNet, he has led the rapid and dynamic growth of SafeNet, first as Director of Corporate Product Management and Business Development and then as General Manger of the Enterprise Security Division. Mr. Fedde established the Company's security presence in the U.S. government, and expanded SafeNet's presence in the worldwide financial community.
Prior to joining SafeNet, Mr. Fedde was Director of Secure Products at Harris Corporation, where he established the security business and led its growth. In this role, he was responsible for the general management of security businesses requiring very high levels of security, including the U.S. Government. Before joining Harris Corporation, Mr. Fedde previously served as Engineering Manager at Motorola, developing wireless two-way products for the global markets. He holds several patents for wireless technologies.

Mike Thompson is responsible for for management, execution and strategic direction of the company. With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in technology companies, Mike joined SEPATON after serving as president, CEO and chairman of the board at Egenera Corporation. Mike joined Egenera originally as COO and was instrumental in driving growth to $100m annually after just four years from the first product shipment.

Dave Wright, SolidFire
Dave Wright is the founder and CEO of SolidFire. Dave left Stanford in
1998 to help start GameSpy Industries, a leader in online videogame media, technology, and software. While at GameSpy, Dave was responsible for leading the development of online middleware and backend systems supporting millions of users across PC and Console platforms including the PS2, PS3, Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii.
GameSpy merged with IGN Entertainment in 2004 to create one of the largest Internet gaming & entertainment media companies. Dave served as Chief Architect for IGN and lead technology integration with FIM / MySpace after IGN was acquired for $650m by NewsCorp in 2005.
In 2007 Dave left IGN and moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he founded Jungle Disk, a pioneer and early leader in cloud-based storage and backup solutions. Jungle Disk was acquired by leading cloud provider Rackspace in 2008 and Dave worked closely with the Rackspace Cloud division to build a cloud platform supporting tens of thousands of customers.

Joe Ruef, Verical

Prior to joining the Company, Jeff served as vice president of new business ventures for Sunrise Senior Living, Inc., one of the largest senior housing providers in the world. He also served as area vice president of operations for Sunrise, and he previously was a founding executive in several startup information technology (IT) consulting and systems integration firms.
