Charles Curran

Charles joined Valhalla in 2003, became a General Partner in 2006 and leads Valhalla Partners’ efforts in next gen infrastructure, with a focus on data storage and cloud. He assists Valhalla’s efforts in digital media, with a focus on mobile marketing. He led or co-led the firm's investments in LeftHand Networks (acq. HP, $360m), Nirvanix, SolidFire, Jumptap, Shopximity, and Active Storage.

Before joining Valhalla, Charles served as partner at Saturn Venture Partners, associate with New Enterprise Associates, and analyst for Lazard Frères & Co. and DLJ.

Charles received an MBA from Harvard and a BA in Economics with Distinction from Stanford.

Charles lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and three children.
