Farah Giga
Farah Giga is a Principal at Valhalla Partners. She joins with corporate M&A experience in technology companies focused in data center infrastructure.
Prior to joining Valhalla, she worked at Hewlett-Packard in mergers and acquisitions and led the integration of 3PAR, the largest acquisition in the history of HP Storage at $2.4B. Farah worked in Product Marketing, taking yet another HP acquisition and a challenged product and developed a Go-To-Market strategy to drive aggressive revenue growth. In addition, she piloted new quality systems and process to feed real-time customer issues back to R&D for the entire Enterprise Servers, Storage, and Networking (ESSN) business. Before HP, Farah was at Hitachi Data Systems in a variety of capacities in her tenure including software development, technical marketing, solutions architecture and product launches, including the launch of their signature, high-end storage array. Farah received a Masters in Management Science & Engineering and a Masters in Communication from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Honors from Stanford University. Farah will be enhancing Valhalla's core competencies in next generation data centers and mobile/Internet marketing. She has observer rights at Qumulo and SolidFire, and works closely with Active, Avail, Nirvanix, and Videology. email: |
